How to know if the tires are suitable for my vehicle?
To ensure an optimal driving experience, it is essential to check some important data before selecting a tire for your vehicle.
You will find a sticker inside the driver's side door of your vehicle that shows the load index, speed index, and original size of your vehicle. It is important to adhere to these indicators as much as possible.
For the tire size, we strongly recommend double-checking the size indicated on the sidewall of the tire already in place. Please note that the size may differ depending on whether the tire/wheel assembly is for summer or winter.
Here is an example of a size: 205/55R16 91H
How can I get the mail-in rebate?
The mail-in rebate is a discount offered by the tire manufacturer. It is provided to you in the form of a prepaid credit card. You must claim your mail-in rebate by submitting the manufacturer's duly completed form, along with the documentation required by the manufacturer. Mail-in rebate forms are available directly on our website under the 'Promotions' tab, located at the top left of the page.
You can submit your form by mail or online via the manufacturer's website. The website address can be found on the mail-in rebate form.
Variable delays of approximately 6 to 12 weeks may apply before receiving your mail-in rebate by mail.
How can I tell if my tires are suitable for winter driving?
A tire that can be used in winter in Quebec must have the symbol of the mountain and snowflake embossed on its sidewall. These tires are identified as winter tires or winter-approved all-season tires.
All tires listed in the 'WINTER' section of our website can legally be installed on your vehicle in the province of Quebec for the winter season.
According to the Government of Quebec, the deadline for installing winter tires is December 1st. They must be installed on your vehicle until March 15th inclusively. In addition, the period allowed in Quebec for the use of studded tires is between October 15th and May 1st.
Tires are considered dangerous and non-compliant with the Highway Safety Code when the tread wears down to 2/32 of an inch, regardless of the season.
